C(Create)/ is created -- should the atmosphere that try every means creates patient of be sent on a diplomatic mission meticulously to be able to enjoy its to serve enthusiasticly.

E(Eye)/ eye -- should pay close attention to a patient with enthusiastic and friendly eye, get used to patient psychology, forecast patient demand, provide active service, active service, considerate service in time.
